This category contains links to scanned original pages as well as a searchable typed transcription of the first Faculty meeting minutes, 1909-1915. Portions of the transcription text that are highlighted in yellow have not been proofread against the original. However, that can be accomplished with relative ease, as the entire handwritten volume is available with which to compare the transcript. The pages of original minutes were scanned as 400dpi .tiff files, from which .jpg derivatives were created at 72 dpi. These individual images were then combined in Adobe Acrobat in units of less than 15mb each so they can be viewed easily in their "original" paginated order, and reduce on-screen loading time. The .pdf files are not searchable, as they were derived from image files without the use of OCR. However, the searchable transcript should help circumvent that problem.
