This Valentine’s Day, tell your elected representatives
about the issues you’re passionate about.
We’re making it quick & easy to write to your governor
and members of Congress. Stop by Rose or Carrier Library’s lobby, choose a
pre-addressed Valentine if you’re registered to vote in Harrisonburg – we’ll
help you find the address for your reps if you’re registered elsewhere. Grab
some candy, color your valentine, write a note, and drop it in the locked box.
We’ll then send the postcards to your representatives for you.
These Valentines tables will be available from mid-day
Monday 2/12 through the afternoon of Wednesday 2/14. But remember, you can
always contact your reps via mail, email, phone, and social media about any
issue that matters to you. Their job is to represent you, and your opinions
matter!
